HELLO AND WELCOME!
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jo “Jo-Yo” Bath, and I live in Cranbrook near Exeter in Devon. I moved to the area in 2014 and joined Avon soon after as a way of not only earning some extra cash, but also to meet new people in the surrounding area.
With Cranbrook being a new development, there was a lot of potential for new customers as, at the time, I was the only Avon Rep in the area itself. It didn’t take long for me to have built up a very large customer base and I was beginning to struggle with the amount of customers I had. I needed help, and this was where the opportunity arose to become an Avon Sales Leader. I started recruiting and training Reps to join my JoYoReps Team and have since built up a substantial Team of Reps, each with their own large customer following.
My Team isn’t just based in the local area. Through social media promotion, I have Reps spread throughout the country from Cornwall to Wales and beyond. As a result of this, in 2017 I was recognised by Avon by being awarded number 1 Elite status for my area, and simultaneously was ranked 2nd highest sales achieved in area too. I have regularly, in recognition of my achievements within Avon, won incentives such as Awards dinners, a tour of Avon UK Headquarters in Corby and even got the opportunity for a weekend in London so see Cirque-du-soleil.
To me, being able to help build my JoYoReps Team and guide each of my amazing Reps to higher success is extremely rewarding. I myself have made lots of new friends by doing Avon, not just Reps but customers too. I work full time within the care industry, but the beauty of Avon, (see what I did there?) means that there is flexibility, and it can fit around my job and my lifestyle.
